Onitsuka Tiguer RUNSPARK

Hace ya tiempo que en Where is my tie?

There are some time since I do not talk about shoes on Where is my tie?  so I take the opportunity today to do it, to talk about one of the most important footwear brands in the market nowadays and more specifically, about a model that has been launched for this Spring/Summer 2012 Collection.
Onitsuka Tiguer want to do an homage to an icon that has been part of sports history of the brand through one of the most representative models: RUNSPARK.
All started in 1976 when the French Olympic medalist Lasse Virén, first used nails flippers for the 5 and 10 km tests in the Olympic Games in Montreal. Lasse Virén ran these ones with  Onitsuka Tiguer shoes created especially for the occasion so it is the reason for the brand launching the model RUNSPARK in order to add it to the street tendency of nowadays.

Talking about the characteristics of these shoes is important to highlight the new shape, which is very comfortable, and also it has been possible to give this shoe a narrow silhouette trying to imitate the athletic shoe, which makes this shoe perfect for tight jeans. Emphasize other features like reinforcement in the toe bearing the coating to foot oval or exterior silhouette that covers part of the board.
I finally stand out the collaboration the brand has made with the famous graphic artist Ryoshi Mateus Bailon, who has made several portraits of the athlete's life at different stages of training.
